120mm Kingspan TF70 ThermaFloor PIR Insulation Board 2.4m x 1.2m
Where a floor specification pushes towards low-energy territory, 120mm Kingspan Thermafloor® TF70 answers it from a single board. A thermal resistance of 5.45 m²K/W, off a 0.022 W/mK PIR core, drives floor U-values down to the levels higher-performance builds ask for. The board is foil faced on both sides and works below underfloor heating pipework across solid and suspended floors. A high-output thickness for demanding low-energy floors.
Benefits
- Thermal resistance of 5.45 m²K/W
- High single-layer output for low-energy floors
- 0.022 W/mK core, low conductivity
- Reflective foil facings on both sides
- For new build and retrofit work
- 120 kPa compressive stress (10% compression)
- Works below underfloor heating pipework
- Cuts and handles easily on site
Good to know
- Holds up against water vapour
- 2.88m² coverage, 2400mm x 1200mm boards
- BBA Certificate 14/5133 spans the 20 to 150mm thicknesses
- Stack flat, raised and covered against the weather
