At Insulation, we want to ensure your home renovation project is a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened insulation materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all insulation rolls, batts, or boards are in their original, uncut, and weather-sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For bulky insulation orders, contact our logistics team to arrange a specialized freight pickup, or ship smaller accessory items via your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the materials, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
