125mm Kingspan TF70 ThermaFloor PIR Insulation Board 2.4m x 1.2m
125mm Kingspan Thermafloor® TF70 is built for the stricter end of ground floor U-value targets. With 5.65 m²K/W of thermal resistance from a 0.022 W/mK PIR core, it gives high single-layer performance where a tight floor specification leaves little room to spare. The board carries low emissivity foil on both faces and a declared compressive strength of 120 kPa at 10% compression. A high-performance thickness for floors held to demanding standards.
Benefits
- 5.65 m²K/W thermal resistance
- High single-layer performance for strict specifications
- Rated 0.022 W/mK for thermal conductivity
- Composite foil facings on both faces
- New and existing floors alike
- 120 kPa at 10% compression, floor-load rated
- Trims to fit with a fine saw or sharp knife
Good to know
- Resistant to water vapour
- Each board is 2400mm x 1200mm (2.88m²)
- BBA Certificate 14/5133 for 20 to 150mm thicknesses
- Store flat and sheltered, off the ground
