Base Starter Track 2.5m (6mm plastic nose) 150mm
The deepest profile we stock in the box base range. 150mm of insulation is a serious wrap, the sort specified where the thermal performance is being pushed hard rather than simply brought up to standard, and there is no point running a build like that if the base detail cannot take the board.
Aluminium box profile, 2.5m, with the channel formed slightly wider than 150mm so the insulation seats without forcing. The 6mm uPVC nose is supplied loose and clips on once the track is fixed.
The profiles are supplied mill finish.
