25mm Kingspan ThermafloorĀ® TF70 does two jobs: it delivers a thin thermal upgrade across a floor, and it meets the minimum 25mm thickness Kingspan sets for the perimeter upstand strip that cuts cold bridging at the floor edge. That makes it a board many installers keep on hand even when a deeper thickness covers the main area. The rigid PIR core is rated at 0.022 W/mK and gives 1.10 mĀ²K/W of thermal resistance, with composite foil top and bottom. A slim, dual-purpose option for solid and suspended ground floors.
