60mm Kingspan TF70 ThermaFloor PIR Insulation Board 2.4m x 1.2m

Built as comfortably into suspended timber floors as solid concrete ones, 60mm Kingspan Thermafloor® TF70 is a capable all-rounder. With 2.70 m²K/W of thermal resistance from its 0.022 W/mK polyisocyanurate (PIR) core, it brings lower floor U-values within reach across a spread of perimeter-to-area ratios. The board cuts neatly to sit between joists or lay below a screed, and reflective foil sits on each face. A flexible thickness for new build and renovation floors.
