Base Starter Track 2.5m (10mm plastic nose) 60mm
A base track that is a dead-on 60mm sounds precise, but in practice it is a nuisance. Boards are never perfectly square off the pack, and forcing them into a tight channel bows the face and throws the line out. The box base channel is deliberately made a touch wider than the insulation, so a 60mm board drops in and sits where you put it.
Aluminium, 2.5m, with a loose 10mm uPVC nose that clips on after fixing to finish the render against.
The profiles are supplied mill finish.
