Base Starter Track 2.5m (10mm plastic nose) 90mm
The nose is supplied loose, and that is on purpose. Fix the track first, get your line right, then clip the nose on. Try it the other way round and you will spend the afternoon knocking it back off with the hammer drill.
This profile takes 90mm EWI board in a 2.5m aluminium box section, with the channel formed marginally wider than the insulation so it beds in properly. The 10mm uPVC nose gives the render coat a clean edge to finish against.
The profiles are supplied mill finish.
